CCF NOI科学委员会、竞赛委员会召开会议，决定自NOIP2024起，NOIP评奖按如下规则执行： 1. 总获奖率为67%，一等奖、二等奖、三等奖的获奖比例分别为20%、22%、25%，NOI科学委员会根据上述比例划定全国各奖次基准分数线。 2. 在划定获奖分数线时，若遇同分情况，比例就高不就低，但全国总获奖比例不超过70%。 3. NOI科学委员会对各省按照一等奖拟获奖比例20% 划出各省的一等奖初始分数线，再按照各省的一等奖初始分数线从高到低进行初始排序；在保证此排序不变的情况下，若一个省的一等奖初始分数线高（低）于全国一等奖基准分数线，其一等奖的获奖比例将根据超出的幅度进行上（下）调，同时其一等奖分数线将进行下（上）调，保证各省一等奖分数线排序和初始排序一致。 4.
