项目合作：联合开展网络安全项目的研发和实施，共同解决行业内的关键技术难题。3. 资源共享：共享双方的技术资源和信息资源，提高资源利用效率。4. 品牌推广：通过联合举办活动和发布研究成果，提升双方的品牌知名度和行业影响力。合作内容1. 技术交流与培训：•双方将定期举办技术交流会，邀请行业内专家和学者进行专题讲座和技术分享。•开展线上线下的培训课程，提升会员的技术能力和实战经验。•共同开发技术培训教材和课程体系，满足不同层次学员的需求。2.

甲方责任与义务：•提供技术交流和培训所需的场地和设备支持。•负责组织技术交流会和培训课程的策划和实施。•提供技术资源库和行业资讯的共享服务。•负责品牌推广活动的策划和执行。2. 乙方责任与义务：•提供技术交流和培训所需的技术支持和师资力量。•负责项目合作的技术研发和实施工作。•提供技术资源库和行业资讯的共享服务。•负责品牌推广活动的技术支持和内容制作。合作期限与终止条件1. 合作期限：本合作书自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期为两年。期满后，双方如有继续合作的意愿，可另行签订新的合作协议。2. 终止条件：
•双方协商一致，可以提前终止合作。•一方严重违反本合作书的约定，另一方有权单方面终止合作。•因不可抗力因素导致合作无法继续进行，双方可协商终止合作。保密协议1. 保密信息范围：双方在合作过程中所涉及的技术资料、商业秘密、客户信息等均属于保密信息。2. 保密期限：自双方签署本合作书之日起，保密期限为五年。3. 保密义务：双方应采取必要措施，确保保密信息不被泄露给第三方。如因一方的过失导致保密信息泄露，应承担相应的法律责任。知识产权1. 归属：合作过程中产生的技术成果、研究报告等知识产权归双方共有。2. 使用权限：双方均有权在各自的业务范围内使用合作成果，但不得用于与本合作无关的其他用途。3.

This Cooperation Agreement is jointly signed by Hacker City (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and Avengers Team (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"). Based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and friendly consultation, the two parties reach the following agreement on cooperation

As an elite team focusing on network security research and actual combat, Party B has strong technical strength and rich actual combat experience. The two sides hope that through this cooperation, they can jointly promote the development of cybersecurity technology and enhance the influence and
competitiveness of both sides in the industry. 1. Technical exchange and training: Through regular technical exchange and training activities, improve the technical level and practical ability of both sides. 2. Project cooperation: Jointly carry out the research and development and implementation of
network security projects, and jointly solve key technical problems in the industry. 3. Resource sharing: Sharing technical and information resources of both sides to improve resource utilization efficiency. 4. Brand promotion: Jointly organize activities and publish research results to enhance the
brand awareness and industry influence of both parties. 1. Technical Exchange and training: • The two sides will hold regular technical exchange meetings, inviting experts and scholars in the industry to give special lectures and technology sharing. • Carry out online and offline training courses to
enhance members' technical capabilities and practical experience. • Jointly develop technical training materials and curriculum systems to meet the needs of students at different levels. 2. Project cooperation: • Jointly carry out research and development of network security projects, including but
not limited to vulnerability mining, security testing, emergency response, etc. • Jointly participate in cyber security competitions and challenges at home and abroad to enhance the actual combat capabilities of both sides. • Cooperate in the research and development of industry standards and norms
to promote the standardization process of the industry. 3. Resource sharing: • Share the technical resource library of both parties, including code base, tool library, data set, etc. • Share industry information and market dynamics, and keep abreast of industry trends. • Share member resources and
recommend talents and technical experts to each other. 4. Brand promotion: • Jointly hold network security conferences, technology salons and other activities to expand the influence of both sides. • Jointly publish technical reports and research results to enhance the industry status of both
parties. • Enhance both parties' brand recognition through media campaigns and social media promotions. Responsibilities and Obligations of both Parties 1. Responsibilities and Obligations of Party A: • Provide site and equipment support required for technical exchange and training. • Responsible
for organizing the planning and implementation of technical exchange meetings and training courses. • Provide technical resource library and industry information sharing services. • Responsible for the planning and execution of brand promotion activities. 2. Responsibilities and obligations of Party
B: • Provide technical support and teachers required for technical exchanges and training. • Responsible for the technical development and implementation of project cooperation. • Provide technical resource library and industry information sharing services. • Responsible for technical support and
content production of brand promotion activities. 1. Term of Cooperation: This Agreement shall come into force upon being signed and sealed by both parties and shall be valid for two years. After the expiration of the term, if both parties have the intention to continue cooperation, they may sign a
new cooperation agreement. 2. Termination conditions: • Both parties may terminate the cooperation in advance upon mutual agreement. • If one party seriously violates this agreement, the other party has the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation. • If the cooperation cannot be continued due
to force majeure, both parties may terminate the cooperation through negotiation. 1. Scope of Confidential information: The technical data, trade secrets and customer information involved in the cooperation between the parties are confidential information. 2. Confidentiality period: The
confidentiality period shall be five years from the date of signing this Cooperation Letter by both parties. 3. Confidentiality obligation: Both Parties shall take necessary measures to ensure that the confidential Information is not disclosed to any third party. If a party's fault leads to the
disclosure of confidential information, it shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility. 1. Ownership: Technical achievements, research reports and other intellectual property rights generated during the cooperation shall be shared by both parties. 2. Rights of use: Both parties have the right
to use the cooperation results within their respective business scope, but not for other purposes unrelated to the cooperation. 3. Transfer: Neither party shall transfer the cooperation results to a third party without the written consent of the other party. 1. Negotiation Settlement: In case of any
dispute arising in the course of cooperation, both parties shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. 2. Arbitration: If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for
